A Star Trek Fan Production
VSF Blessings: A Star Trek Fan Production is an original Star Trek fan audio drama that explores the intersection of duty, redemption, and faith in the 24th century. Set in the era of The Next Generation, the series follows the missions of the VSF Blessings — dedicated to defending the innocent and providing aid to a galaxy in need.
While the great powers of the Alpha Quadrant navigate politics and war, the crew of the VSF Blessings, an Aerie-class starship, ventures into the stars with a different purpose. Their mission isn't just to explore, but to serve. Whether providing medical relief to war-torn worlds or offering hope to the forgotten, the VSF operates on a simple principle: to be a beacon of light in the darkness of space.
Led by Father/Captain Jeremiah Hollis, the crew of the VSF Blessings is a small, dedicated group of priests and brothers. But Jeremiah is a man haunted by his past—a former Borg drone rescued from the Collective, he now seeks to reconcile his history of destruction with his calling to serve. Alongside him is a crew of specialists, including the steadfast Brother Matthias and the ingenious Engineer Brother Patrick, all working under the guidance of Archbishop John Morgan.
Created and produced by James McDonald, VSF Blessings is a "theatre of the mind" experience. Using sound and character-driven storytelling, this podcast captures the optimism and moral depth that has defined Star Trek for generations. It is a story about the choices we make, the destinies we forge, and the belief that no matter how vast the universe, one small ship can make a difference.
Join us on the journey. Be the good. Do what's right. Be the light.
